Meet Kevin Elworth
Kevin has spent his life investing in people and building leaders who make a difference.
From serving as a missionary in Mexico to 14 years as a Campus Pastor in Pennsylvania, where he launched a thriving campus location. Kevin’s passion has always been equipping others to grow and lead well.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership Development from Liberty University and is a John Maxwell Certified Coach. Over the years, he has led high-performance teams, founded and scaled nonprofits, and guided churches and businesses from start-up to multimillion-dollar success across the U.S. and internationally.
As the Founder of Sparrow Village Initiatives and a trusted advisor to leaders in both business and ministry, Kevin brings together spiritual depth, strategic insight, and a heart for helping pastors thrive.
